The urine will flow along the inside of the urine collection cup to the bottom. The metal sensor probe at the bottom instantly senses the urine, triggering the electric motor built in the host, which drives the micro vacuum pump to start suction. How Does the Device Prevent Urine Leakage ?
The key to preventing urine leakage is instant response. The inner design of the urine collection cup ensures the urine easily collects to the bottom of the cup where the metal sensor probe is inserted into. Once the probe senses the urine, the device will start to suction. The device will keep suction for 6s to ensure no urine residue in the drainage tube after the cup is empty.
Does One Size of the Urine Collection Cup Fit All ?
Yes, the inner space is big enough for all. The width and depth of the male urine collection cup respectively are 6 CM and 12 CM (manual measure). The width and depth of the female urine collection cup respectively are 6 CM and 11 CM (manual measure). The enough space is beneficial to air flow and then keeps private figures fresh.
Will the Suction Work Whether Laying on the User’s Side, Stomach or Back ?
The suction will work when the user is lying on his/her side and back, but we do not recommend that the user lay on his stomach if he/she uses the wearable type, because the tube including its inner insulated wire will be pressed and affect the suction.
