The entire host is composed of a PCB control circuit board, a micro vacuum pump, and various cables. Two control buttons and a 188LED segment displays tube are installed on the circuit board. Each component is compact and precise so that they can be placed in the entire lid of urine collection bottle, which saves space and is easy to operate.

We use high-precision PCB control circuit board and are committed to mastering every detail of the PCB control circuit board. From pads to installation to filling, every step is completed by experienced engineers. Because every detail is related to the response efficiency and suction rate of the entire device. This is also the control core of the entire device.

The vacuum pump is the power source of the entire device. We use a DC micro pump, which is small in size, light in weight, has good sealing, and more stable performance. It can meet the needs of long-term work and provide better protection for users’ need to frequent urine suction.

♦ Sensitively Respond to Urine 

The metal sensor probe has a sensing effect on alkaline liquids. When urine contacts the probe, it triggers the vacuum pump inside the lid of urine collection bottle to form suction at the probe port to suck out urine. Through data algorithms, we control the urine response time to 0.5 seconds to ensure that urine can be sucked away in time to prevent leakage. Plus, we extra design 6s delayed suction. When the urine in the urine collection cup is sucked out, the device will keep working for 6s to ensure that the urine in the drainage tube can be completely sucked out.

The appearance and space design of the urine collection cup is suitable for human organ configuration. The internal length, depth and width of the unisex urine collection cup is XX, XX and XX, which is big enough for all adult females and males to ensure that the user’s key skin does not touch directly the cup and even urine liquid. The length of the drainage tube is 160 CM. We select premium food-grade rubber to produce the tube. It is endurable for being pressed or stretched and is not easy to deform, which plays a key role in protecting the inner wire cable from breaking so that it extends the service life of the device. Additionally, the tube is long enough to be conveniently used. It is prone to be dragged senselessly and then triggering the collapse of the whole bottle when the user is asleep if the tube is short.

The bottom of the lid is protuberant because of which the control components is put. The closed and all-inclusive lid protects inside host components and makes the clean and use worry-free. 

On the side of the lid, there is a USB power interface which is for charging.
